When you submit your email address on our E-MAIL SIGN-UP LIST, you may receive periodic newsletters or promotional mailings from Tropic Options.

Any information you give us is stored on a secure server in an encrypted form. Unless requested, this information is accessed only in order to process your orders.

By visiting and/or ordering from Tropic Options, you are agreeing to the terms of our returns and privacy policies as described above. Any changes in this privacy policy, we will clearly identify those changes on this page.

By ordering from Tropic Options, you are also affirming that you are an adult, at least 18 years of age, and understand any and all policies Tropic Options has in place for this Online Store.

About Credit Card Security:
Any personal credit card information you submit to Tropic Options for ordering is encrypted through our network using Secure Socket Layer technology (SSL) as it is transmitted over the Internet. The information resides solely on a secure server and can be accessed only in reference to fulfilling your order(s) and answering queries.

When you place an order, we'll ask you to enter your name, billing and shipping addresses, email address, credit card number w/expiration date and security code (see diagram). Once you have entered this information, your credit card number will always be encrypted so that the number itself cannot be viewed in any of our systems. This information will only be used to process your order. Once your order has been completed, your credit card data will NOT be stored on our server. We will retain only the last five digits and expiration date of your card for order reference purposes.

Security codes are a credit card security feature. For your protection, we ask for these digits to prevent unauthorized use of your credit card number.
